The
Rainbow Serpent Festival has earned itself a reputation for presenting
one of Melbourne's most spectacular outdoor events. Now in its third year running
- it has achieved Worldwide recognition,
providing Australia with an event in the true spirit of International Trance Gatherings.
Some of the worlds most respected and experienced DJs and artists will converge
to play for our pleasure over 3 days in the beautiful Australian
outdoors.
Headed by
Hallucinogen, regarded as
one of the most amazing producers and innovators of the psychedelic trance music
genre, incorporating both a live and DJ performance ensuring this to be a
lifelong remembered experience.
Beginning
on sunset Friday night, in the fresh aura of the first full moon for the new
millennium
continuing through till midday Sunday we invite you all to join the
celebration.

Getting There
 |
From
Melbourne take the Western Highway
[M8] past Ballarat and continue on till you reach Beaufort [about 20 minutes
past Ballarat]. In Beaufort you will see a rotunda on the left, turn right here so that Mobil Service Station is on your left. Cross railway tracks and continue along this road about 5km headed for Raglan. Turn right at sign for Amphitheatre and continue for another 4km. Turn left when you see the saw-mill on your right and continue down dirt road till you reach the checkpoint. All turns will be clearly marked. Total travel time under 2 hours from central Melbourne. Check point will be operating from Friday morning till Sunday. |
